Minimum Qualifications:
Training and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education required.

3-5 years of experience, in a product management or marketing capacity.

Experience managing dental implant restorative solutions strongly preferred.
-
Expertise in dental implant restoration digital workflows a plus.
-
MBA preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

Strong product management skills – managing product lifecycle, pricing & competitive analysis, product benchmarking, and strategy formation skills.

Strong leadership ability – driving initiatives across and through many cross-functional teams.

Able to gather, analyze and convey customer insight for effective product design and marketing.

Experience proactively engaging with sales organizations on areas such as sales training, sales tool development, and product messaging.

Demonstrated communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers/stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; intermediate or advanced Excel skills.

Must possess intellectual curiosity and a desire to work in a fast-paced organization on diverse and challenging projects.

Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

Establishing and implementing communication plans.

Strong project management skills – ability to scope and structure large-scale projects.
Physical Requirements:
Working Conditions
Office environment and occasional exposure to manufacturing plant environment, with some abnormal variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust and atmospheric conditions.
Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $125,000.
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
