What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify damage, wear, and performance issues
• Mount and balance tires using specialized tools and equipment
• Operate a service truck to perform on-site tire service at customer locations
• Apply correct torque settings and follow proper installation procedures
• Communicate with customers to assess needs, explain services, and ensure satisfaction
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service timelines
• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and tires

What You Bring:

• Prior tire technician experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and maneuver agricultural tires exceeding 100 lbs
• Solid understanding of tire types, repair techniques, and specifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Ability to work outdoors and in a loud shop environment
• Must obtain TIA Certification within one month of employment
