What You’ll Do:

• Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance issues
• Mount new tires onto wheels and balance them accurately using specialized equipment
• Interact professionally with customers to discuss concerns, provide tire recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
• Apply correct torque settings when mounting tires to meet specifications
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and error-free outputs
• Manage time efficiently—prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet service
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks related to heavy lifting, machinery, and shop environment
