Our 3rd shift team works Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Employees start at $24.95 per hour while in the training center. After completing training and 760 hours, Permanent Mold Assembly and Setup employees can earn up to $27.87 per hour, plus an additional $1.25 per hour premium for working 3rd shift.
What You’ll Do:

Clean and paint molds, following our specialized paint process

Inspect molds for quality defects before they go into production

Relief pour and bench aluminum castings as needed

Use basic shop math to measure and prepare parts accurately

Safely operate machinery and equipment

Report faulty equipment or safety hazards to your supervisor
