What You’ll Do
- Create, process, and manage shipping paperwork and schedules
- Send Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN’s) accurately and on time
- Enter shipping info into customer portals and ERP systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Obtain quotes and schedule expedited shipments when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized container inventory.
- Provide clear direction and support to warehouse shipping clerks.
- Track shipments and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Proactively assist with other administrative duties during downtime.
What You Bring
- Strong computer skills – comfortable navigating multiple systems and portals.
- Ability to pass testing on computer speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication – you keep everyone informed.
- A self-starter mindset – you ask questions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- High level of organization – capable of managing multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Ownership of your work environment – develop and edit live training documents and customer revisions as needed.
- Comfortable supporting a customer base of over 500 accounts.
