Job Summary
Primarily responsible for processing customer orders, quotes, returns, and inquiries or complaints via fax / web/ email, and to support overall company sales goals by enhancing customer relationships through the delivery of service excellence.Â
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing customer orders (fax, web, email) through various systems such as Configurator, JD Edwards, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date product and systems knowledge.
- Contribute to a team environment that promotes and provides service excellence to internal and external customers.Â
- Responsible for following all applicable safety guidelines.
- Keep up with the fast-paced environment as well as company & individual goals.
- Add- Help with other projects to support the Customer Service Team as needed.
