SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Service Contracts, the Contracts Administration Manager is responsible for lifecycle contract administration, supports financial planning, provides customer service internally and externally to contract customers, understands federal, State and local regulatory compliance including but not limited to Fair Labor Standards Act, Service Contract Act, Ability One, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Uniform Commercial Code, State Use and other licensure. This person will prepare and maintain key business information reports and provide analysis to critical success factors; assist in legal reviews and new business development activities.
