Field Supervisor/ Dispatcher

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive leader with proven experience dispatching and supervising field crews across multiple locations throughout the Phoenix Valley. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in construction, janitorial, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, directing, and supporting all field personnel, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. You will work closely with, and report directly to, the Operations Manager and General Manager.

Dispatch Duties:

• Open ACS office
• Gather paperwork, phones/tablets, misc. keys and other job-related materials for field teams
• Dispatch field teams
• Monitoring and Tracking field teams as they arrive to their respective sites
• Documentation and record keeping

Field Supervision Duties:

• Responsible for daily supervision of field personnel and project supervision
• Responsible for quality control / quality assurance over all projects
• Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations (meeting with clients on a daily basis) – CUSTOMER SERVICE!
• Responsible for field operations to meet company and client objectives
• Direct all field personnel to ensure successful and profitable completion of all projects
• Assisting with project scheduling
• Documentation and record keeping

Experience Desired:

• Experience supervising personnel in a construction, janitorial, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Three (3) years of management duties for similar organizations
• Ability to interact and produce results with employees, supervisors, and customers
• Possession of a valid Arizona Drivers license with clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) 36 month
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
