Manager - Corporate Retail Imagery

Position Summary:  Position is responsible for executing all aspects of point-of-sale operations in order to elevate the image of all SEBev brands at retail accounts and special, marketing, charitable, and/or media events.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead overall function of creative department and staff
2. Oversee all print production, and all special projects related to retail, event, market visit signage, airport signage, CA requests etc.
   1. Responsible for equipment upkeep and supplies inventory
   2. Delegate TMS requests to RIS Specialists to maintain productive output
3. Manage Mgr Retail Imagery and Event Production/Services
   1. Assist with coordinating and execution of event set up and tear down
4. Manage RIS employee training
   1. New employee training of platforms and brand guidelines
   2. Continuing education of staff to stay up to date on all platforms
5. Helps maintain clean, safe working environment at all times.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Preferred 1 year of sales and/or marketing experience in beverage industry.

Physical Requirements:

1. Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus).
2. Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds.
3. Must be able to pass Drug Screen.

Working Conditions:

1. The worker is subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes.
2. The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and electrical current.
3. Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions.
4. Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes.
5. Work hours will vary daily due to business needs.
