Roles: You keep the equipment operating at the greatest efficiency. You minimize defects in the equipment lines, both cosmetically and functionally. You enlighten our teams on proper techniques, tips, and tricks for maintaining the equipment in between your visits. You seek to find the most effective (both cost and technical) strategies for keeping the equipment operating at peak performance.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the ticketing system for the clubs and developing an efficient plan of attack
- Scanning the equipment logs at clubs to maximize usage of time at each club
- When a defect in equipment is found, scanning models to see if the problem is on more machines in a club.
- Communicating with the organization on defects, remedies, and processes for maximized efficiency
- Educating staff on Maintenance strategies for maximizing the life cycle of the equipment
- Proper usage of PO system for ordering approval
Requirements: Must believe in the vision and mission, must be competent within our ticketing solutions, must be well documented, driven, goal-oriented, must be prompt, professional, pro-fitworks, and present while on the clock. Must be mindful of members while working on the equipment during open hours. Must keep a tidy workspace, in clubs, in vehicles, and in the warehouse.
Results:
- Equipment is operating with the least amount of resistance possible
- Equipment is free of defects both aesthetically and functionally
- Members (both customers and team) are delighted with equipment function
- Team members are properly educated on maintaining all equipment
- Downtime of equipment is minimized
- Tickets in the system are prioritized and handled in accordance with severity to limit downtime
- POs are properly completed and documented
- Equipment service records are properly documented and submitted to the COO for review quarterly and yearly
