Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for a full time Recruitment/Human Resources Coordinator.

This position will help provide administrative support to the Human Resources department such as:
Â
Recruitment and onboarding: Leading the recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Check- ins/follow ups with new hires.
Â
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and procedures, and assisting with employee relations issues.
Â
Reporting and Data Management:
Preparing reports on HR metrics, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data.
Â
Compliance:
Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedure
Â
This position will also support special initiatives assigned by HR leadership, update and maintain employee records and personnel files, and participate in job fairs and support talent pipeline development.

Qualifications:
Â
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills:Â Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Â
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Â Required for interacting with employees, management.Â
- Proficiency in HR Software and Systems:Â Familiarity with HR-related software is beneficial.Â
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures:Â Understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment laws.Â
- Computer Skills:Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Â
- Attention to Detail:Â Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in employee records and data.Â
- Problem-Solving Skills:Â Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues.Â
- Experience:Â While not always required, experience in HR or a related field is often preferred.
