Western Smokehouse Partners is looking for an IT System Administrator.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated IT System Administrator to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our user base, ensuring that hardware and software resources are optimized for efficient operations. Occasional travel to our other facilities may be required for project-related work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and configure new hardware (desktops and laptops) for end users, ensuring alignment with their job roles and functions.
- Perform user account setup and management, in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
- Administer SharePoint and provide support to end users as needed.
- Engage in basic network administration and troubleshooting to ensure network stability.
- Manage IT assets, both hardware and software, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize ticketing system to log and prioritize support requests, providing timely resolutions.
- Leverage remote management tools to offer efficient remote support.
- Work independently with minimal oversight, demonstrating a self-starter attitude.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the IT support function.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in information technology, preferably in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune).
- Knowledge of Kaseya’s related IT support tools a plus (VSA/BMS).
- Basic networking knowledge (Layer 2/3, DHCP, VLAN’s).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to manufacturing plants as required.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement.
