Education and Experience:
- Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- One year bartending experience in a high-volume facility is preferred
- Must have in person customer service experience
- Extensive knowledge of a wide variety of drink recipes
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol

- Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests
- Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards
- Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant friendly way
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service
- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to stay on feet for entire shift
- Must be able to continuously prepare beverages for long periods of time

- Fast paced high volume bar
- Indoor and/or outdoor depending on location
- Exposure to a possibly noisy environment
- Exposure to extreme heat or cold depending on season and location
