Transportation Coordinator
Based in Los Angeles, BD&J is California’s leading personal injury law firm, with over $2 billion recovered for our clients. We pride ourselves on the experience and trust we provide to every individual we represent. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the transportation logistics process for our clients, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective coordination.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Los Angeles office.


Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation providers to streamline scheduling and operations
• Collaborate with external vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality
• Evaluate transportation vendors and identify opportunities for improved performance
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve transportation-related issues and develop solutions
• Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain accurate records of transportation logistics, vendor performance, and billing
• Ensure compliance with relevant transportation regulations and firm standards


Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Transportation Coordinator or in a similar logistics-based role
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with personal injury law is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
