What You’ll Do:
As our Field Technician Supervisor, you’ll spend most of your time (about 85%) out in the field—supporting your team, ensuring quality installations, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be the go-to person for daily job scheduling, training, and troubleshooting, helping your team meet expectations while continuously improving processes and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for install and template teams
- Lead, coach, and mentor field technicians at all levels
- Perform site quality inspections and address jobsite challenges
- Fill in as needed for installations or templates
- Maintain install inventory and request replenishments
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure efficiency
- Promote safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Facilitate monthly install team meetings
- Support ongoing career development and training initiatives
