Experienced Fabricator - 1st Shift

We are looking for a Skilled Fabricator with advanced mitering expertise to become an integral part of our production team. This role involves fabricating, finishing, and polishing stone and other materials with meticulous attention to quality and detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven precision in mitering, and a commitment to craftsmanship. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of durability, accuracy, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and miter stone and other materials with accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of craftsmanship
• Operate polishing tools and equipment to achieve precise, high-quality finishes
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet all specifications and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fabrication and polishing equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when operating machinery or handling materials
• Support general warehouse operations, including material handling and inventory tracking
• Assist with basic fabrication and component building, as needed

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a fabricator with advanced mitering ability (required)
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment
• Knowledge of welding, machining, concrete forming, or fabrication is a plus
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is helpful
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and concrete mixers is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Commitment to consistent quality and safe work practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Expected Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shift, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Overtime required on occasion
