HOW YOU WILL CONNECT
Provides leadership and management for the mortgage banking team that consistently delivers the Landmark National Bank commitment: To be champions and catalysts for our communities. The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for the Mortgage Banking sales production will provide leadership input into the residential home sales efforts and cultivate a sales and service culture. Holds team accountable for service and performance standards, and provides necessary supervision, training, coaching and development to support team success. Works closely with team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve goals.
WHO YOU ARE

Bachelors degree in Business or related field OR 3 years mortgage banking management experience

Must have a minimum 2 years of mortgage origination experience

Demonstrated leadership skills

Requires analytical as well as personnel-management skills

Able to exercise sound business judgement

Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage banking industry
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for the mortgage production goals of the bank.

Sets quarterly objectives aligned with bank strategies and communicates progress to management.

Supervise, train, coach, and develop your team of associates and managers, including utilizing performance development processes and reviews.

Responsible for performance counseling, including making and recommending disciplinary action decisions.

Utilize prescribed hiring process to select team members.

Engage in and initiate Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities, including Huddles and Celebration events.

Review current processes and procedures and looks to gain further operational efficiencies through workflow updates, process improvements, etc.

Assist in vendor selection and implementation of new products and services

Provides timely responses to internal and external audit requests and for timely resolution of applicable audit findings.

Performs other projects as assigned.
