Molding Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for a Molding Machine Operator! as a Molding Machine Operator, or often called an Injection Molding Machine Operator, is responsible for operating and maintaining molding machines to create plastic or other material products. They prepare machines, set parameters, monitor production, and ensure quality throughout the process. This role also includes cleaning, performing minor maintenance, and reporting issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with injection molding processes, machine operation, and troubleshooting. 
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving production issues, such as material defects or machine malfunctions. 
• Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of machine mechanics and ability to perform basic maintenance. 
• Communication and Teamwork: Working effectively with supervisors and other team members. 
• Attention to Detail: Maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in production. 
• Experience: Some experience in manufacturing or injection molding is often preferred.
