Summary

Lead the end-to-end operations of a multi-department practice and outpatient clinic—covering administration, finance, compliance, staffing, provider relations, technology, and outstanding patient service. This role also oversees the management and optimization of provider performance, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related); master’s preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience managing medical or multi-provider practices.

• Experience in provider relations, productivity tracking, and clinical operations.

• Proficient with general billing, coding, EMR systems, and insurance processes.
