Northland Controls is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Management Office (PMO) team in scheduling, planning, forecasting, resource coordination, and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 or more years' experience working in a company with a qualified construction license.
- Strong knowledge in Access Control System and Video. Management System preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
DUTIES
Support the PMO team by:
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment documentation and information.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met as project evolves.
- Participates in site meetings and facilitate coordination with stakeholders.
- Assists in preparing action plans.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and with high quality standards.
- Assist in monitoring the project progress and respond to issues as they arise.
- Acts as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with PMO team to eliminate project blockers.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenses/expenditures.
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirement are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Managing small moves, adds, and changes.
- Required to travel 25%.
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Planner, Project).
- Proficiency in English is desirable for effective communication with global team members.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.Â
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.Â
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- Self-motivated and directed.
