Major Areas of Responsibility:
1) Ensure guests receive ordered wine in a timely manner
2) Provides direct service support to Bartenders
3) Ensures bar is stocked with glassware at all times
4) Ensures bar is stocked with liquor, garnishes, ice, wine, mixes and any additional product, at all times
5) Maintains cleanliness of bar area
6) Removes trash from bar area and returns empty trashcans
7) Ensures Bartenders have necessary tools to provide a superior service experience to guest
8) Adheres to all service points when presenting wine
9) Ensures wine room remains organized at all times
10) Ensures wine display remains organized at all times
11) Appropriately stocks wine room and display as needed
12) Assists in inventory control of all wine related product
13) Maintains cleanliness
14) Offers assistance to FOH employees as needed
15) Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift
16) Prepares for shift change and close
17) Attends pre-shift as scheduled.
18) Keeps the manager fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective
action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken
19) Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company
policies to achieve the overall objective of this position
20) Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and
harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and effectiveness
21) At all times provides a favorable image of the Company to promote its aims and objectives and foster and enhance
public recognition and acceptance of all its areas of endeavor
22) Utilizes Company cultural training and available services to ensure that guests experience supersedes expectations
