Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Center Manager to lead our Business Development Centers across three automobile dealerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the Business Development Centers for all three dealerships.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to increase customer inquiries and lead conversion rates.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of BDC representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Foster relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
