JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program or Nurse Practitioner program.
Licensure: Registered PA or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or eligible in the state of Georgia.
Experience: Two (2) years of recent clinical experience in area of Nurse Practitioner specialty or Physicians Assistant preferred.
Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Has ability to communicate orally and in writing clearly and logically. Has ability to analyze information and solve problems. Demonstrates accuracy and an attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely orally. Has ability to maintain confidences. Exhibits current clinical knowledge and expertise for designated patient populations. Accountable for continued competence in nursing practice and clinical outcomes in accordance with current evidenced-based practice guidelines.
