Grounds Supervisor - FT - Days

JOB SUMMARY

Individual supervises the work of the groundskeeper section of the maintenance department. Individual maintains the grounds of the medical center and other medical center operated buildings. Individual work is outside, noisy and dirty. Individual may be required to work a flexible work schedule. The work is moderately heavy. Individual must be in top physical condition. Individual must be able to adjust to changing tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school graduate. Must be able to interpret and follow oral and written instructions.

Licensure: Private Applicator License

Experience: 3 yrs experience in care of lawn, shrubbery, hedge and trees.

Skills: Mechanical ability and leadership ability.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is moderately heavy. Must be in top physical condition.
