JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Licensure: N/A
Experience: Must have technical shop courses or maintenance experience, and basic construction/handy man experience.
Skills: Familiar with use of standard hand tools, can perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs, and easily functions as a carpenters assistant with sheetrock repair and painting.
Environmental and Working Conditions
Work is mostly inside, may encounter hazards associated with electrical repairs. Requires flexible work schedule and on-call work.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Work varies from light to moderately heavy. Must be able to adjust to changing tasks and make some independent
judgements on the repair of malfunctioning equipment.
