Location

We are currently seeking a Space Planning Intern for our Lincoln, Nebraska Office.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a database of space planning data from past firm projects
  • Gather and analyze data related to space usage, occupancy, and other relevant factors
  • Help to organize and produce final reports that convey outcomes and recommendations in written and graphic forms

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Community and Regional Planning, or a related field
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn Revit, Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong interest in workplace strategy and space planning
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
