EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). At least one year of customer service related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to speak in English required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 1O's and 1OO's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid Florida Driver License
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bending, stooping, overall flexibility and lifting weight up to 1OO lbs Must be able to walk entire property
Ability to manage high levels of stress Visual observation skills required
Ability to interact with guests and team members
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to drive company vehicle
