Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, informatics, communication, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience and/or training in a related field
- Strong skills in data analysis, multitasking, critical thinking and project management
- Ability to collaborate across teams and remain adaptable under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Experience with associations or fraternity/sorority organizations preferred; Zeta Tau Alpha membership a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred
