Summary
The Sales Traffic Coordinator drives sales team performance by leading the charge on lead management, coaching, and training. You’ll work side-by-side with leadership to sharpen skills, maximize follow-up speed, and keep the sales pipeline running at full power, all while inspiring the team to hit and exceed their goals.
Responsibilities
In-Store Support & Coaching
- Provide training on internet and phone lead handling.
- Coach on key performance metrics, including phone/video activity, lead response times, and task completion.
- Identify individual and team improvement areas and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with GMs and Sales Managers to align on opportunities and performance goals.
Daily Traffic & Lead Management
- Monitor all incoming leads, messages, and appointments to ensure timely engagement.
- Tag sales staff in CRM and follow up to confirm outreach is completed.
- Ensure consistent phone and video follow-up execution.
- Review leads and conversations from all sources to identify additional opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with Service Managers regarding service-related leads.
- Keep the CRM pipeline healthy by managing duplicate profiles, overdue tasks, and other data accuracy issues.
Training & Development
- Onboard and train new hires on software platforms and lead handling best practices.
- Use recorded calls and lead reviews to create real-world training scenarios.
- Maintain training documentation and track performance progress.
- Participate in regular reviews with sales teams and leadership to assess results.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve and enhance training initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum of 40 hours per week (must include Mondays and some Saturdays)
- Automotive Sales or Internet Sales experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with CRM platforms and lead management tools
- Strong coaching, accountability, and communication skills
- Professional appearance required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to troubleshoot vendor and system issues when needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
