Summary

Trinity Classical Academy seeks candidates for a Dual Credit/Administrative Assistant in its College Advisement Department. Qualified candidates will be models in their lives and abilities within their expertise.  They will demonstrate a commitment to continual personal and professional growth.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration preferred)
• Previous experience is preferred.   

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
• Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite applications: Docs, Sheets and Slides
• Google Drive management experience including folders, files, sub files, transition files
• Skilled in using Google Sheets with formulas including SUM, AVERAGE, LOOKUP, IF statements, filtering data
• Ability to import and manipulate CSV files within Google sheets
• Ability to dynamically link, synchronize, and embed data between Google applications
• Data visualization skills in Google applications
• Experience/proficiency in creation of informational and advertising flyers in Microsoft Publisher/other programs
• Adobe PDF editor experience
• Database management skills
• Experience in editing documents for accuracy/updates
• Project management experience
• Event preparation and execution experience

Working Conditions

• Working Environment: indoors in a comfortable temperature-controlled environment and is typically free from dust and hazardous materials.
• Generally, works in a group environment; noise level is typically low with the exception of times between class periods.
• Requires standing for long periods of time; will include frequent walking and sitting
• Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended period of time, repetitious hand and body movements, simple grasping, fine and gross motor skills.  Stand and walk when administering care.  Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds.  Must be able to climb one flight of stairs.  
• Mental Demands:  Ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain a level of professionalism and calm when others are behaving inappropriately

Work Schedule

Part-time hourly: Approximately 15-18 hours per week through the end June 2026 with some weeks requiring extended hours for special events and presentations.
