Four-year degree in accounting, including at least 5 years of experience performing accounting work and at least 3 years supervising accounting staff members or equivalent experience. Master’s Degree and/or CPA preferred.

- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles.
- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
- Ability to travel to attend meetings and conferences, when necessary.
- Ability to organize your own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels in the organization and the general public.
- Ability to manage and supervise staff.
- Skilled in advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
- Skilled in conceptual, analytical, and organizational skills.

Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.Â

Working Conditions:
Duties are usually performed seated with occasional periods of standing or walking. Limited physical effort is required associated with lifting and carrying objects (less than 25 lbs.). Work may be performed but is not limited to an office environment.
