Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program management or technical services industry with a strong track record of managing key client accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience with Department of Energy (DoE) or Department of Defense (DoD) contracts is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
