Driver Helper Primary Qualifications
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods; sit for extended periods while driving; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, balance, crawl, or crouch; lift above head; lift heavy items, up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and frequently up to a 185-pound keg; regularly push/pull 250 pounds with the assistance of a two-wheel dolly, product cart or other mobile equipment; tolerate going back and forth from hot to cold temperatures; climb up and down from cab of truck; and talk and hear.
- The driver helper must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment; and the flexibility to work long hours beyond standard requirements as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age for driver helper position or 21 years of age for Class A CDL training program
- Must have a valid and clean driver’s license
