We provide a diverse range of management and technical consulting services in the health/wellness, energy, and education realm to federal agencies, state government, Native American/Alaska Native tribes, and private businesses.   

Tribal Tech, LLC is in search of an Associate Program Manager (APM) Campaign Support Operations (CSO) Reporting position. This is a seasonal position for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The APM for the CSO fulfillment team is responsible for assisting with the development, management, and implementation of key internal and external campaign support operations (printing, distribution & reporting), across the fourteen local CFC zones overseen by Tribal Tech LLC and Global Impact. This role will focus on one or more of the campaign support functions as assigned below: 

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Supports the reporting efforts in alignment with the direction provided by the CSO Program Manager.
  • Utilizes Power BI, Excel, and other reporting platforms or software, as needed, to create dynamic and visually appealing reports for tracking campaign progress and pledge reporting.
  • Collects and maintains data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Produces accurate and timely reports for stakeholders.
  • Assists Supervisor with special reporting requests from stakeholders.
  • Aids in the development of recommendations and presentations to technology staff.
  • Completes administrative tasks such as: maintaining office files, drafting various forms of correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, and responding to all phone and e-mail inquiries as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Support other duties as relevant to the CSO team.

Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player in a support role with the ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and prioritize.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, customer service, and organization
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Office suite software programs, with a preference for user interface reporting and order request systems.
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new online platforms quickly.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be able to wrap, pack, and ship. 

Education and Experience: 

  • AA degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, data management, and/or operations.
  • Proven experience working in a support role, preferably in communications or similar.
  • Prior CFC experience a plus
  • Prior experience in IT-related customer service systems preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
