Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot errors independently and create a plan of action to address errors
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of entire Microsoft Suite products with emphasis on Outlook and Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills for internal teams as well as employee facing scenarios
- Excellent time management skills and project management skills to ensure timely project completion
- Real time updating of Microsoft OneNote to provide project transparency to HR Manager
Required Education and Experience
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HRIS Administrator experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
- 5 + years of experience in HRIS Administration
- Familiarity with multiple HRIS (Paycom preferred)
Additional Qualifications, Certifications, etc.
- Human Resources Certification, i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM
