The ExpandAbility Program Manager (Program Manager) ensures that the ExpandAbility program aligns with GWSV’s mission, meets or exceeds contractual objectives, and adapts to the needs of the community it serves. The Program Manager will collaborate with program staff to continue to develop and implement innovative programming the addresses the dynamic employment support needs of adult jobseekers with disabilities. This is an opportunity to enhance the infrastructure of a program including implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective participant service delivery. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of ExpandAbility services. This position leads a staff of approximately five direct service staff members, providing regular supervision, professional development, and work planning support. Additionally, the ExpandAbility Program Manager will foster and maintain clear communication and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and referring agencies like San Andreas Regional Center and the California Department of Rehabilitation.
Major Responsibilities and Key Duties
As the ExpandAbility Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day operations and contract deliverables of the ExpandAbility program including administrative functions, e.g., budget preparation, financial management, contract administration, and personnel administration for the program

In collaboration with the Director of Operations and VP of Mission Services, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate, all ExpandAbility program staff.

Develops and maintains informational and statistical reports regarding program performance, goal attainment, and service levels; conducts customer service audits and delivers customer service training.
