SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and effective designs for various marketing and communication materials across print and digital mediums to promote the bank’s brand and services. This role involves working closely with the marketing team and other internal teams to develop print, digital, and multimedia assets that align with the bank's strategic goals and brand identity. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in maintaining the bank's visual brand consistency across all platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create web pages, presentations, signage, internal communications, newsletters, email campaigns, advertisements, and other various marketing materials.
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing design ideas for various marketing initiatives, including product launches, customer engagement campaigns, and brand-building activities.
• Design eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Translate ideas, data, and processes into visually appealing infographics and presentations.
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and ensure the quality of all designs, checking for accuracy, adherence to design specifications, and alignment with the bank’s branding and messaging.
• Work with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
• Design graphics and animations for promotional videos, outdoor video board messages, social media stories, website content, animated graphics, etc.
• Ensure that all digital designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Create and manage the ordering process for business cards and new hire assets on an ongoing basis.
• Provide design support for apparel items, promotional items, internal presentations and forms, and other materials as requested. Manage the ordering process for apparel and promotional items.
• Develop internal communications (e.g. presentations, training materials, documents, and fillable templates).
• Assist in managing vendor invoices.
• Ensure that all designs and visuals adhere to the bank’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials, and assist in updating and refining brand standards to ensure they are current and aligned with industry trends.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, tools, technologies, and software to ensure the bank’s materials are fresh, innovative, and competitive.
• Ensure proper archiving of design work and asset management for easy retrieval by team members.

• Possess and maintain a current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage. Both are required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Possess and maintain adequate skills in computer operation, including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and specialty software programs.
• Possess and maintain adequate typing skills to meet the needs of the position.
• Possess and maintain adequate math skills to meet the needs of the position. This may include the ability to count currency and coin, calculate interest, balance accounts, add, subtract, multiply, and locate routine mathematical errors.
• Practice effective and efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Be able to work with general supervision while performing duties.
• Use effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. This includes the ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions, interpreting documents, understanding procedures, writing reports and correspondence, and speaking clearly to customers and employees.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY
The Graphic Designer is not responsible for the supervision of any employee(s).
ENVIORNMENT, PHYSICAL, & MENTAL DEMANDS
The environment for this position is primarily a non-confined office-type setting in which employees are free to move about at will. This environment may include some minor annoyances, such as noise, odors, drafts, temperatures, etc.
Physical demands include writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusted focus), sitting, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
