Summary
The Regional Corporate Services Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction, revenue growth, and client delivery of corporate services within an assigned region. This individual leads a team of corporate services associates and officers and collaborates closely with Commercial Loan Officers to identify client needs, deliver value-added solutions, and ensure exceptional service to business clients. The role combines people leadership, sales strategy, product expertise, and operational oversight to grow the bank’s corporate services portfolio while managing risk and maintaining compliance.
Essential Duties
• Lead and develop the regional corporate services team to achieve revenue targets, client retention goals, and operational excellence.
• Build and execute a regional corporate services strategy aligned with bank goals, local market dynamics, and client needs.
• Collaborate with regional commercial banking leadership to drive cross-functional growth and align corporate services solutions with lending and deposit strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for corporate services within the region.
• Participate in strategic client and prospect meetings to assess corporate services needs and recommend tailored corporate services solutions.
• Support corporate services officers and associates in structuring proposals, pricing strategies, and customized service models.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen relationships and improve client wallet share.
• Track and report on pipeline activity, revenue performance, and market penetration within the region.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of corporate services products including ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, fraud prevention tools, FDIC coverage tools, and online banking platforms.
• Oversee and support the onboarding and implementation of complex corporate services solutions to ensure a smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing corporate services sales and support team within the region.
• Set individual and team goals that align with overall department objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, client-first culture rooted in accountability and integrity.
• Ensure all corporate services activities and products are delivered in full compliance with internal controls, bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards, including but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC, NACHA rules, Regulation E, and UCC Article 4A.
• Maintain alignment with risk management practices and support ongoing regulatory readiness.

The Regional Corporate Services Manager performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

• Possess and maintain a current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage. Both are required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Possess and maintain adequate skills in computer operation, including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and specialty software programs.
• Possess and maintain adequate typing skills to meet the needs of the position.
• Possess and maintain adequate math skills to meet the needs of the position. This may include the ability to count currency and coin, calculate interest, balance accounts, add, subtract, multiply, and locate routine mathematical errors.
• Practice effective and efficient organizational and time management skills.
• Be able to work with general supervision while performing duties.
• Use effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. This includes the ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions, interpreting documents, understanding procedures, writing reports and correspondence, and speaking clearly to customers and employees.

Supervisor Responsibility
The Regional Corporate Services Manager is responsible for the supervision of the Region's Corporate Services team and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the bank's policies and applicable laws, ensuring adherence to EEO guidelines.

The environment for this position is primarily a non-confined office-type setting in which employees are free to move about at will. This environment may include some minor annoyances, such as noise, odors, drafts, temperatures, etc.
