EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in construction costing, estimating, or data coordination roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP, costing, or estimating systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Adobe, or similar PDF markup tools.
• Excellent organization and file management skills.
