The Territory Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of paint and drywall projects within a designated territory. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company's quality standards. The manager coordinates labor, materials, and schedules, and serves as the primary liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Project Oversight: Manage the daily functions of paint and drywall processes, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Allocate labor resources effectively, ensuring projects are adequately staffed and team members are informed of their responsibilities.
- Material Management: Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of tools and building materials on job sites.
- Client Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with construction managers of national builders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Communication: Relay information captured in the field to labor teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and project continuity.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and other project-related issues, escalating to the Field Operations Manager when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company and industry quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all field activities comply with company and regulatory safety standards.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn new software systems specific to the business.
- Valid driver's license for 3+ years and insurable under the company insurance policy.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required

- Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a sedentary role for extended periods (approximately 75% of the time).
- Regularly operate computers and office machinery with precision and efficiency.
- Physical ability to navigate multi-level workspaces, including ascending and descending stairs as needed.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- This position requires working in an office and field environment.
- Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
