Care Manager Specialist

Tri County Care Management Organization (CMO) is a non-profit organization that provides care management (case management) services for children with complex behavioral, developmental or addiction challenges in Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren counties.  We partner with families and communities to help youth succeed at home, in school and in the community.  

We are currently seeking a Care Manager Specialist based in our Stewartsville, NJ office, to support our clinical operations teams.  This is a full-time position.

Position responsibilities include:
•    Provides assistance to the Care Managers, which includes intensive case management services to families and children with mental health/behavioral/developmental challenges 
•    Provides transportation to youth and families 
•    Provides coverage for meetings in Care Manager absence
•    Links family to therapeutic and community services

Position Requirements:
•    BA in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
•    Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
•    Strong problem-solving sills 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Proficient in general computer use and data entry
