- Supervise Family Advocates, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver ongoing training on eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance standards.
- Implement quality control procedures to monitor service delivery to Head Start families.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance at the center level.
- Monitor child and family data in the agency’s database and develop tracking systems for reporting and analysis.
- Conduct regular monitoring to ensure compliance with licensing and performance standards.
- Analyze data and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for leadership.
- Communicate professionally with staff, families, and the public.
- Meet regularly with the Assistant Head Start Director to review departmental progress.
- Provide coverage for Family Advocates and Intake Workers as needed.
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet departmental goals.
- Conduct interviews, update job descriptions, and participate in staff selection.
- Provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations; address deficiencies using corrective discipline procedures.
- Uphold organizational policies, Head Start standards, Indiana licensing regulations, and labor agreements.
