This position will assist the Food & Beverage Team/Servers to ensure food is prepared and delivered promptly. Must maintain knowledge of menu items, ensuring that food is prepared correctly, working closely with kitchen staff for proper food amounts, quality, and presentation. Function as the communication bridge between front of the house and back of the house operation ensuring food service is smooth and efficient from kitchen to table.
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Deliver food to guest promptly and courteously.
- Must have attention to detail and possess a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- Team oriented and able to work with a variety of people and departments.
- Understand recipes, garnishes, and plate presentation for each menu item.
- Read and understand guest check from POS System.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding ticket needs.
- Manage to go orders ensuring proper packaging and condiments.
- Duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.
- Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
