Summary
The Faith Kids Campus Director will work alongside the Faith Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision and direction that creates a life giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and volunteer team at one of our Campuses. The Faith Kids Director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their Campus. This position would work closely with the Global Kids Pastor in the execution, management and direction of this campus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize children’s ministries at a Campus
- Oversee implementation of policies and enforce compliance
- Lead and build teams to execute all aspects of children’s ministry for weekend services
- Consistent weekly communication with key leaders and parents
- Develop healthy community among parents and equip parents for discipleship through Sunday and small group experience.
- Connect with parents and students
- Regularly recruit, develop and lead Dream Team for Faith Kids
- Track growth for future development
- Help develop and maintain all security standards
- Seek opportunities to connect within local schools and community
- Implement structure and assist in refining the system and structures for Faith Kids at your campus
- Work closely with the Global Kid’s Pastor to analyze effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed
- Oversee quality of services
- Assist in the creation of weekend content and online content
- Assist in the leading of Kid Connect on Tuesday Night
- Attend monthly Faith Kids meetings
- Create weekly reports for Direct Report
- Send out cards for Faith Kids: Love Report, Birthday Cards and First time guest cards
- Update Basecamp/Asana with projects and tasks
- Create Supply Requisitions
- Conduct training meeting for all Faith Kids Dream Team
- Conduct quarterly team nights with Faith Kids Dream Team
- Assist in running Faith Kids Sports - Basketball, Cheer and Soccer
- Schedule DT for weekend services and Tuesday services
- Create service outlines on Planning Center
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs such as Christmas, Easter, Summer Camp, Back to School Bash & Fall Family Bash
- Ensure all areas at your campus are clean and orderly
- Make sure DT directors are trained on a monthly basis
- Assist in creating and posting content on social media - Instagram and Facebook
- Assist in writing, filming and editing weekly video for social media
- Assist in writing, filming and editing video for weekend services
- Gather all supplies needed for weekend services and make sure they are at the campus
- Hold worship practices for your campus
- Make sure all scripts and material is given to stage hosts at your campus
- Continually work on improving kids space at your campus
- Create graphics requests for all graphics needed for decor, posters and social media content
- Turn in all credit card receipts in a timely manner to accounting
- Attend weekly campus team meetings
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Assist in Faith Church "all hands on deck" events
- Track budgets for large kid events

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment).
Physical Demands
Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
The weekly schedule will include 20 hours per week and will be on a rotation schedule alternating Tuesday and Saturday services. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

Tuesday: 6:00pm – 9:30pm

Saturday: Off (rotation week 3:00pm – 7:00pm)
Travel
Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
- Kids ministry experience at multi-campus church
Preferred Education and Experience
- Pastoral credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Ministry or Childhood Education
