Summary

This role provides high-level administrative and creative support to the Worship and Creative leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and excellent execution of projects and events. Responsibilities include managing calendars and logistics, coordinating creative processes, overseeing Planning Center (PCO) systems, supporting seasonal and team events, and developing worship-related social and storytelling content. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about serving in a creative ministry environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage Global Worship Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for events
  • Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
  • STL creative execution w/ Global Worship Director & Production/Tech Director
  • STL team night execution w/ Worship Leader
  • Maintain PCO member access for Worship and Tech
  • Global PCO Management/Completion
  • Preparing rehearsal schedule and call times for production teams
  • Global calendar creative process management
  • Support the development and planning of seasonal events (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Conferences)
  • Serve as the point of contact between creatives and other departments for scheduling and deliverables
  • Manage communication for internal creative projects and follow-ups
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, systems, and best practice
  • Global creative brief creation and communication
  • Creating worship focused social content
  • Create and maintain a posting schedule
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for storytelling and team engagement
  • Create post-event recaps or highlight reels from team nights and events
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas
  • Set writing notes
  • Maintain and create a worship DT roster
  • Maintain DT handbook for worship
  • STL hospitality (Completing purchase request form and supply reqs etc.)
  • Anticipate needs, take initiative, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  2. Pastoral heart in caring for the DT
  3. Outstanding time management skills & responsible understanding of deadlines
  4. Work well under pressure and manage a large number of DT schedules

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines) and performances on stage (dimmed & bright lighting, dancing and active movement, stage fog, & stage fire effects).

 

Physical Demands

Office time is mostly a sedentary role. 

 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Your weekly schedule will include 16-20 hours per week and will be the same every week.  In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

                                          

Sunday: 8:00AM - 2:30PM (may vary based on assigned campus)

Monday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Tuesday: 11:00AM – 8:300PM

Wednesday: 10:00AM – 5:00PM

Thursday: OFF

Friday: OFF

Saturday: 2:00PM – 7:00PM

 

 

Travel

Campus to campus local travel may be expected for this position.

 

Required Education and Experience

  1. Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
  2. Strong administrative skills

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. High School diploma
  2. Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree
