- Experience: Minimum 15 years of project management experience in healthcare projects of varying types and complexities, with an approximate value of $100 million.
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in architecture; Master's Degree preferred.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of Project Management/PSMJ Project Management, preferred.
- Licensure: A professional license as a Registered Architect is required
- Leadership: Thorough knowledge of the entire project delivery process and ability to lead design efforts through all project stages, including leadership with the client, contractors, and internal team
- Communication:Â Collaborative communication style and strong people skills. Ability to represent and participate in interviews and client presentations.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with REVIT, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience using Unanet or similar tools for reporting and resource planning; preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates as a hybrid model, with at least 3 days a week in a professional office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment required. The noise level in the office work environment is usually low to moderate. Â
