As a core member of an integrated Development department with a commitment to excellence, the Donor Database Coordinator is responsible for producing reports, supporting data-focused projects and recording, capturing, and maintaining information about supporters in Raiser’s Edge.

What You Would Be Accountable for:
The Donor Database Coordinator will be responsible for the following key pieces of work:
- Collaborate with other members of the Development Operations team, as well as fundraising teams, to provide donors an excellent giving experience by using all available technology and resources to maintain accurate, up-to-date donor information.
- The coordinator plays a key role in maintaining database integrity and supports short and long-term fundraising strategies specified in the Development workplan.
What You Would Be Doing Right Now:
Donor Database Maintenance
- Create and maintain new donor records.
- Perform regular clean-up of data, including duplicate constituent checks alongside the Donor Database Manager.
- Update donor addresses, mailing preferences, and other constituent information in Raiser’s Edge and other relevant systems, such as Engaging Networks.
Donor Database User Support
- Present data in a simple and straightforward way for audiences of all skill levels and possess outstanding written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures and identify operational improvements based on data trends.
- Support and train seasonal.
Development Operations Team Support
- Work closely with Donor Database Manager to ensure data quality.
- Support Data Managers by assisting with creation of customized reports.
- Assist other members of the Development operations team with providing regular financial reports on donor activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Else You Should Know:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of office experience in a nonprofit development environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge and Re NXT is preferred.
- Interest in hunger or food issues is a plus.
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization software is a plus.
- Superb attention to detail and superior data entry skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

SALARY The position is full-time non-exempt. The starting salary for this position ranges from $32.31-33.31, with exact salary depending on experience.
