Student Recruitment & Advising:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing timely guidance on program offerings, admissions, financial aid, and career planning.
- Engage with prospective students promptly, including calling and following up with leads in a timely manner.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all outreach, conversations, and follow-up actions in the College’s CRM system.
- Conduct both on-campus and off-campus recruitment through information sessions, interviews, campus tours, open houses, and visits to corporate and community partners.
- Schedule and manage student appointments, including walk-ins.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students via email, phone, mail, and social media.
- Connect regularly with active applicants to ensure they receive strong support throughout the admissions process.
- Review and evaluate academic credentials and provide admission recommendations to the Director of Admissions.
Admissions Operations & Team Collaboration:
- Actively contribute to the recruitment team’s strategies and initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with special programs, correspondence, reporting, and calendar management.
- Process applications, maintain confidential student files, and manage data within CRM software.
- Collaborate effectively with a cohesive admissions team while also working independently with minimal supervision.
- Apply critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to support daily operations and resolve student or process-related challenges.
- Monitor workflow and provide suggestions to enhance admissions and recruitment efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
Partnerships & Leadership:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, community, non-profit, and government organizations to support recruitment initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate off-campus recruitment events with external partners.
- Provide leadership and oversight of admissions operations in the absence of the Director and Associate Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in university or college admissions or similar experience.
- Demonstrated dependability and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while making informed and confidential decisions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, calendar tools, and basic social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and achieve goals.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and employ sound judgment in a dynamic work environment.
Working Conditions:
- General office environment.
- Evening and occasional weekend work required.
- Travel for off-campus events and recruitment activities required.

Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. They accrue between 18 and 23 days of paid time off annually. After 90 days of employment, tuition remission is available, with the college covering 100% of tuition costs (employees are responsible for books and technology fees).
