The ERP Project Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing ERP-related projects that support and improve critical business operations. This role ensures the ERP system is optimized to meet evolving business needs and works cross-functionally to implement enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP systems and business process management, with experience in manufacturing or product-based businesses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Own the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation projects, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to define requirements, document current workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and redesign core business processes to align with ERP best practices, while maintaining flexibility for custom needs in a luxury product environment.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure deliverables meet quality and functional expectations.
- Oversee data cleansing, migration, and integration with existing platforms (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, inventory systems).
- Develop and execute training programs for staff, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption during and after go-live.
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively address challenges through contingency planning and clear communication.
- Establish performance metrics and support post-launch optimization initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office/manufacturing environment. Occasionally requires exposure to the factory floor and manufacturing areas. Use of personal protective gear as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to occasionally maneuver a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance. May require some bending, squatting, climbing and reaching.
