GMC is now hiring a full-time Advancement Office Manager. The Advancement Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the department and foundation for day-to-day operations. This includes scheduling, project and event support, processing payments/budgetary support, and assisting guests/visitors.Â
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the function and running of the Advancement Office. Including ordering supplies, processing payments, and incoming and outgoing mail. and file maintenanceÂ
- Maintains Advancement schedules;Â Schedules appointments, arrange meetings, assists with event schedules (corresponding work orders), tours of campus, etc
- Assistance with event and project execution.Â
- Screen calls/emails, greet/assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff, and provide general information about the institution.
- Other duties as assigned
*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.
